Vice President/Plan Officer, Investment Finance 2013 – 2018

Led and delivered monthly forecasts and analytics to CFO, CIO, business segment leaders, investor relations and portfolio managers.

Oversee all financial related activities in development of Annual Plan (+$600B Assets, +$20M Income) and monthly projections for Investments including capital markets, delivering financial analysis, drivers, and trends resulting in robust decision making by senior leadership team.

Outlined strategic landscape for the global plan and projection platform driven by M&A activity, resulting in a single, uniform, and consistent process, modelling $600 billion of Invested Asset for US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia; model now used across enterprise as benchmark.

Developed strategy to outsource Net Investment Income modelling platform to 3rd party, allowing for parallel processing of GAAP and Statutory projections, gaining approval by CFO and CIO.

Collaborated with Investment’s IT, Operations, and Front Office Areas to develop income projection model (Fixed Income, Derivatives, Capital Markets (Securities Lending, Global Guaranteed Insurance Contracts), Mortgages, and Real Estate), addressing Fed’s requirements for Stress Testing as result of financial crisis of 2007 – 2008.
