Conducting toolbox meeting, Pre-job meeting, Job Safety analysis(JSA), and documenting P.O.B (Personnel on-board), and job description on toolbox form.

Coordinating respective job Permit-to-work (Ptw) in synergy with client (Pan Ocean).

Conducting toolbox meeting, JHA analysis, various Pre-Job meeting and documenting them in TRIC card.

Ensuring all work document are in place and on site before commencement of field activities.

Ensuring that all worksite personnel undergo HSE induction and are briefed on site dynamic risk assessment, before mobilizing to site.

Carrying out a checklist of all safety equipment at specific worksites, with a view to ascertaining all mandatory minimum requirements are in place, as specified in the permit-to-work, and JHA.

Engaging field personnel in toolbox discussion as a pre-requisite for hazard recognition, elimination, and control strategy.
