Job Duties:

Handled the customer design project of the Fabrication on easy removal of wheels by using sun and star gear mechanism for a automobile service sector.

Coordinating with Plan, schedule and prepare production order details, based on customer orders and the availability of raw materials.

Planning and scheduling of machine loading section with customer need dates and component parts delivery schedules.

Reviews and becomes familiar with all drawings, specifications, and other documents concerning assigned projects.

Coordinated all the blueprint and manufacturing/production issues of the product design.

Prepare & reviewing the pre machining drawing with appropriate tolerances for outsourcing components .

Solving the CAD Related issues on production side parts with regular and new products.

Modifying designs and retesting the open tolerances of the product on by customer requisition.

Coordinate with jig & fixtures design for fitting and manufacturing related work

for Production functioning.

For Assembly type products, Technical & Design discussion with customers’ based on the model drawings of the mating components for manufacturing.

Coordinate with production/design to overcome quality related issues on the product/process & Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Prepare & Maintain files and records for ISO & IATF Documentations.
