Responsible to run the plant with proper maintenance schedule by monitoring all necessary parameters and to maintain all essential &critical spares as per plant requirement and to coordinate with technical team during planned &unplanned shutdown period and responsible to prepare annual budget estimation by full filling management expectations and Responsible for handling the emergency situation (black out / Grid failure ) and after identifying or rectification of the fault to bring back power plant to normal operation by synchronize / de-syn. TG. with grid & change over the various HT. switch gear as per requirement. TG. Parameters like MW. Export / Import, PF, MVAR, maintained as per govt. terms and conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

# Responsible for startup of equipment in safe and systematic manner and monitor all the equipment to ensure its run under safe and systematic working condition. Also find out & solve the problem in electrical equipment as in-charge.

# Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports, Checking & filling of daily, weekly and shutdown checklist as per ISO.

# Supervising the team of skilled technicians on day-to-day preventive/ predictive/ shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities as per safety standards.

# Planning and execution of manpower, materials and machines during shutdown and breakdown activities. Budgetary preparation and review.
