Conducting internal Quality Audit in the organization to maintain the implementation of Quality Management System as per ISO Standard requirements.

Prepare graphics for presentation purposes.

Send, record and follow-up requests for Quotations including updating the tender enquiry log.

Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company

Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages

Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member

Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls

Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies

Issuing drawings and documents to pre-determined recipients and reports to client.

Assist project Managers when required.

Visiting site if any requirements.
