PROFILE

I am a self -motivated hard worker, a person that can work independently or in a team environment and also a critical and innovative thinker. I do meet deadlines and very much passionate about community work which brings government services to the rural or most disadvantage areas of South Africa. Provides administrative support and assists with capturing of data into TIER.Net and WebDHIS. To ensure that all data for allocated facilities is validated, complete and correct . To ensure that all patients that are due for tracking and tracing are verified on tier. Net and master Tier. Net District Database has been updated on a regular basis (daily HIF).

Track and tracing the LTF patients telephonically or physically sending them to call centre to traced telephonically then if the call centre people have called them three times without any luck they then send them back to me trace them physical in their home addresses
