PROFILE
I am a self -motivated hard worker, a person that can work independently or in a team environment and also a critical and innovative thinker. I do meet deadlines and very much passionate about community work which brings government services to the rural or most disadvantage areas of South Africa. I am currently employed by The Aurum Institute working at Seraleng Clinic in Rustenburg. My primary duties is to help patients navigate the clinic in order to access required services at different services points, I build working relationships, help solve problems and be a contact person for patients traced and referred from community services. Track and tracing the LTF patients telephonically or physically sending them to call centre to traced telephonically then if the call centre people have called them three times without any luck they then send them back to me trace them physical in their home addresses
