- Evaluating customer needs;

- Determining what work is required to address the customers’ need;

- Monitoring and advising on work order analyses process, prioritizing and managing the process to handle key/sensitive customer needs;

- Comparing the work requirement with the customer service level agreements (customer specific and generic);

- Monitoring network performance levels;

- Correctly prioritizing the work required;

- Deciding on the correct priority mix based upon the different needs of field services, fault management, control centre and customer contact centre;
