I am currently working remotely, assisting shareholders with their stock accounts that are held with various companies through AST Trust Co. As a Customer Service Representative, I assist shareholders in regards to estate procedures for transferring or selling the shares of deceased shareholders, as well as selling their stock or obtaining lost stock certificates requirements. I also assist with general shareholder updates concerning tax forms, change of address, etc. This is a temporary position that is available through the tax season.
6/2003- 12/2020: Managing General Agent -The Complete Financial Group, LLC
Self Employed- Independent Insurance Agent
In this position, I managed 4 sub-agents through The Complete Financial Group. Where ee maintained excellent client relations between funeral homes, their clients and the insurance companies we worked with. I also managed the “Advance Planning” program for Eternal Reefs. In this position, I worked directly with our clients, to fund final expenses through insurance policies. I also utilized a “Pre Need Direct” program which allows funeral homes, without an agent, to fund arrangements for their clients through insurance products.
Sales have slowed, and I took a temporary position that is through the current tax season.
5/1998-9/2003: Family Service Counselor/Life Insurance Agent-
Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home- Covington, GA
Implemented a brand new program, in which final expenses where funded through insurance policies. My duties included following up with families and educating them in the areas of claims filing and making final wishes known for their own arrangements. Funding for arrangements was done through the use of various insurance products. Oral presentations were made to families, senior community groups and at trade shows to promote the program. Excellent client and business relationships were always maintained.
10/1997-May 1998: Life Insurance Agent
