Design Preparation and Design Development for MEPF Services

Review and Analyse estimates and scope of MEP trades during pre-construction.

Review and analyse Bill of Quantities, Contract Documents, Technical specifications and Design drawings for finalizing the MEP Contract.

Suggest Value Engineering while reviewing Bill of Quantities, Contract Documents, Technical specifications and Design drawings

Ensure the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program

Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements

Review the Shop drawings, Construction details, Project Data, Material Samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.

Lead and direct the 3-D/BIM coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of equipment installation works at site.

Responsible to make cost comparison of various equipments based on the technical specifications of client and propose alternatives for materials/makes.

Manage and lead MEP contractors, Consultants and client throughout duration of the project.

Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation

Monitor and Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff.

Maximizing resource efficiency such as labour, materials and equipment to ensure undue delay and project completion.

Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with consultants, contractors and Site team.
