Waterford Energy Services, Field Work (Various Locations) Field Operator – (04/2021 – Present)

Conduct turn-around operations for major facilities and pipelines. Responsible for rig up and mixing of various chemicals necessary for clean out and pigging operations. Rig up includes ensuring proper check valves, clean outs and pressure relief valves. Monitor and record pressures during dewatering operations for pipelines. Coordinate demobilization and loading out of equipment. This includes proper flushing and cleaning of all chemical equipment.

Conducted clean out, dewatering and smart pigging operations of 36” x 42 km Froth Line for the Syncrude Aurora site.

Prepare equipment packages for jobs.

Commissioning of Inter Pipeline Heartland Petrochemical Site. Thyssen Mining, Regina, Saskatchewan

Project Engineer – (10/2018 – 10/2019)

Onsite engineer representative for Engineer of Record to create procedures, processes and initial testing procedures. Developed check sheets and inspection test plans as per project guidelines. Ensured quality turnover package of project. Built Batch Plant for BHP Jansen Batch Plant. Remote sprayed raise bores at New Afton New Gold site to allow for ventilation for new mine development areas.

Redesigned cementing procedures to eliminate surface casing vent flows by changing spacers, cement design, and centralizers programs.

Corrected mud system to treat for seepage losses and help wells turn back to oil quicker for production group and prevent reservoir damage.

Developed first drill curves that tracked performance and created accurate AFE’s for regional areas. The charts offered more insight into operations for executives and managers and created more efficient timelines for field operations.

Contributed to a significantly higher well production by successfully drilling out the first Packers Plus port system.
