KNOWLEGES IN HVAC:

INSTALLATION:

Installing all refrigeration systems like split, window, package, ductable, casset, VRV, VRF, chiller, cold room and deep freezer.

GAS CHARGING:

Charging refregent for different kind of applications and systems for commercial, domestic and industrial usage. Mostly experienced in R22, R32a, R410a, R404a, R134a type refregents.

OIL CHARGING:

Charging refregent oil for package units, chillers by using oil charging pump, refregent oil is differed by variation of refregents and applications.

OVERHAULING:

Compressors overhauling, inspecting, fault diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in reciprocating, screw type compressors.

CONTROL PANEL PREPARATION:

Preparing control panel for chiller systems, three phase units, cold storages. Switching alter systems for regular usage applications like coldroom, cold blast room, deep freezers.

GAS RECOVERY:

If system has any fault we will adopt the situations to recover to prevent refregent by using Refregent recovery pump.

COPPER BRAZING AND FLARING:

Copper brazing by using Acetylene and oxygen gases to weld the copper pipes. Flaring to join thread type flare nut by using yoke and block to flare copper pipes.

GAUGE OPERATION:

Operating suction and discharge pressure valves to use manifolder gauge, compound gauge. While gas charging, recovery and vacumming process.

DESCALING:

Descaling the blocked scale formation in shell and tube heat exchangers by using some chemicals to remove and pressere pushing methods.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Install all required metal ductwork and inspect all liquid and vapor instruments to ensure efficiency of all operations and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems.

Responds to Facility Service Work Orders. Responses primarily will be of the issues with the HVAC systems.

Ability to work on the following equipment brands: Trane, Carrier, York, and McQuay. Types Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw and Absorption Chillers.

Maintain and repair chiller systems of all types, air and water cooled, for both commercial and industrial customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.

Operating, Servicing, Overhauling, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of all types of Chillers, Boilers, AHU, Cooling Towers, Fans, Pumps, Hot water pumps, Feed water pumps, FCUs, Air Compressor, Vacuum Pumps, Splits AC, Window AC.

Operating/ Inspecting/ Trouble shooting electricity and electrical motors

Monitor and Control Temperature

Defining the training, materials, and tools needed to support our Chiller maintenance base.

Primary responsibility will be chiller systems, but work on other HVAC system may be required from time to time.

Uses tools and equipment that are sophisticated in nature, and need to be kept in a calibrated or adjusted state.

Assist to identify all issues in equipments and perform repair on systems and perform required preventive maintenance for all HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.

Interprets blueprints and schematic drawings or oral/written instructions to assure completion of work to plan in commercial building maintenance operations.

Maintain neat and clean uniforms at all times and prepare repairs and validate all commercial HVAC systems and maintain knowledge on all control strategies and install all hardware and refrigerants.
