Purchasing Assistant-Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of tender documents and sit in the opening committee as secretary.
Ensure effective and efficient purchase.

Request quotations from supplier evaluate them and award the competitive supplier, at least three quotations.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to ensure smooth operation.
