Technical leader and owner of the organization’s human capital system, UltiPro. Responsibilities include oversight of HR systems architecture, systems maintenance and upgrades, and establishment and management of technology-related 3rd party vendor relationships. Ensure that systems are integrated, cohesive and supportive of HR technology needs and objectives; to include the integrity, safekeeping and compliant management of all employee data. Key Projects:

Performance Management: Goal Planning, creating templates for reviews based on job level, launching review process and ongoing reports throughout the process.

Compensation: Implemented HRSoft for Compensation planning.

Employee Case Management: Phased out our current email distribution list, eliminating confidential data being sent over email to the entire HR team. Changed PTO plans from front loading time off to accruing it on a monthly basis to accurately track earned PTO. Especially helpful with separations and accurately calculating final pay.

Dentons: Works as a PeopleSoft HR Functional Support Consultant for a large law firm. Worked with HR and Payroll on various modifications to the Time & Labor module to comply with California Pay Rules as well as other Company specific pay practices. Worked on Combination project with the merger of SNR and Denton doubling the size of the company from 1,200 to 3,500 employees worldwide.
