Data Entry clerk/ Secretary for Maintenance Department with ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Al-Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E) from July 2011 to till date ( through manpower ).

Work as a Secretary / Data Entry / Document Controllers with Admin Section Head, CMC, Laboratory and Process Section Head in Takreer Ruwais Refinery from Jan 2011 to June 2011 under the Sponsorship of M/s. IMECO.

Work as Site Supervisor in GASCO BUHASA (ABU DHABI) from Nov 2009 to Dec 2010 under the Sponsorship of M/s. IMECO.

Responsibilities Included:

Work includes receiving all incoming internal and external mail and faxes and record details in a log book to keep track of all correspondence received. Distributing mails to concerned Dept. Attending to telephone calls by answering the question, taking detailed messages or directing the calls appropriately. Preparing letters, statements, reports from standard forms or from drafts provided by the Engineer. Takes dictation from the Engineer and prepares memos and letters, according to Company standards. Maintain filing system for all incoming and outgoing correspondence and reports.

Daily works include Operating Enterprises Resources Management packages (Maximo – Application) and Specialized Business Application developed in Power Builder for Real Estate and Maintenance on the following modules :-

ENTERPRISES RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (IBM Maximo – Applications)

Item request, Return request.

Material control, Issues & Transfers, Purchase Requisitions.

Storage & Disposal of materials & equipments.

Prepare Procurement Requests for materials.

Planning and Controlling the Purchase Requisition and Annual Purchase Order.

SPECIALIZED BUSINESS APPLICATIONS (Developed in Power Builder) (Real Estate Management and Maintenance)

Generating Schedule work register.

Maintain & generate timesheet (Attendance) for Manpower and Equipment.

Maintain absent details for employees and equipment.

To make Painting requests for eligible villas under ADNOC policy.
