Successfully Commissioned the Expansion project of Aromatics Complex Plant (RIL Jamnagar Refinery) in 2016 (PARAXYLENE, BENZENE, HEAVY AROMATICS).

Trained and Experience in HNUU/Platformer/CCR/PSA of Aromatic Complex (RIL).

HNUU (NHT)

Technology by UOP and designed by BECHTEL, France.

NHT is designed at 520 m3/hr of feed rate and operating with >128% load.

NHT taking feed from CDU (full range naphtha) & FCC (Heart Cut Naphtha)

Reactor is designed to remove sulfur level of 1619 ppm to product of < 0.5 ppm.

Platformer designed at 660 m3/hr. of feed rate and Platformer operating with >128% load.

The Platformer Stack Type Reactor is designed to produce Reformate OCTANE Number in range of 106 – 108 and also give spec of 88% of aromatics in heavy ends.

Having MP Steam Generation Capacity of 84 Tons/hr & 52 m3/hr of LPG

VDU is designed for maximum feed rate of 34MBPD with 100% load, with the product of Wet gas oil, Dry gas oil, Heavy gas oil, Black slop gas oil, and

Vacuum reside.

UNIT

Technology by CB&I Lummus and designed by Foster Wheeler, UK.

PX is designed at 6650TPD of PX and 1560 TPD of Benene.
