My position requires me to follow haccp guidelines throughout my day at beef jerky manufacturing plant. I ensure that everyone is following gmp's .I am a Hands-On person. I do a lot of the cleaning of machinery and the general plant myself.
Some of my duties include filing sqf paperwork, implementing my facilities HACCP program, listeria swab testing, water activity testing to check moisture levels, I inspect all the machinery for morning pre-op before the plant can start production.
I take customer complaint calls, investigate and correct any issues.I am familiar with word and excel.I also do a little bit in The human resources department with the new temp hires. I strive to set a good example in the managerial Department by following the gmp's that I Monitor in others. Education
