Relationship Banker / CSR teller • Bank of America • Lansing, MI As a Relationship Banker / CSR teller with Bank of America, I dealt heavily with the customer service aspect of the industry by assisting clients with various banking needs from deposits and withdraws to opening accounts and applying for lines of credit.
Duties were inclusive of utilizing CRM (salesforce) for all data entry and processing components of my role, obtaining various needed documentation for tasks requiring a certain level of validation, processing requests/ applications and claims, cash and check handling, conducting needs analysis by collecting data from clients to make an informed recommendation of services available to them and making clients aware of programs and opportunities they may not have known about based on findings.

As a mobile expert with Best Buy, I use a “needs-based analysis” approach to the customer service process by engaging potential customers or accounts in conversations about their mobile needs and desires. I use the information given, to consultatively recommend related products. I assisted in data transfer, data security, warranties, account payment structuring, POS transactions and documentation.
