Duties: payroll preparation; staffing and treatment schedule; employee performance evaluation; new employee orientation; policy and procedure representation in quarterly QA meeting; documentation training; management of ADR’s; internal documentation audits; IDT PDPM collaboration (GG scores, ICD-10 codes, case mix groups); weekly comprehensive skilled review; baseline care planning; falls screens and analysis; rehab screens; OT evaluation, treatment, discharge planning; group/ concurrent treatment coordination; resident care conferences; HMO case manager consultation; department financial metrics analysis; facility case mix group analysis; intra-facility mock compliance survey; partnership with business office and MDS for rehab invoices.
