Maintenance Manager

Managed maintenance supervisor, leads and mechanics as well as the maintenance budget. Held safety meetings every month. “Do it safe or not at all”

Managed OEE, and tracked equipment efficiencies.

Manage predictive maintenance program such as oil analysis, vibration analysis, infrared inspections of electrical panels and ovens and ultrasonic.

Maintained all state required documents, Hot work permits, hoist and crane inspections, ladder inspections, harness inspections, fire extinguisher inspections, as well as ensuring environmental records for ovens are kept up to date.
