Functions & Responsibilities:

• Local and international MICE, leisure and production[film] tourism.

• To achieve growth and sales targets.

• Working closely with the Taj global sales team on international FAM trips and bids.

• Initiation and management of partnerships for annual FAM trips, site inspections, joint marketing campaigns and hosted buyer programs.

• Maintaining accounts, monthly visits, quarterly reviews and database management.

• To execute a yearly sales plan featuring sales trips, monthly appointments, sales blitz schedules, trade shows, conventions and incentive entertainment schedule for top accounts.

• Weekly presentations and monthly reports to the DORM, DOSM and General Manager on planning, budgets and forecast.

• Working closely with DORM on determining group rates and value adds for proposals.

• Support groups and events team with the preparation of quotes, negotiating prices, regular client follow ups and sealed contracts.
