Responsibilities and Marketing/Strategy Functional Leadership:

Planning, budgeting, review and development of commercial programs/campaigns that drive thought leadership, brand awareness, demand generation and lead generation activities to accelerate sales pipeline, and grow marketing influenced revenue.

Develop cutting-edge marketing & communications mix to not only generate awareness and create new prospects but also drive customer value engagement process and develop brand loyalty.

Leverage global campaigns/contents and regional customer testimonial/user cases to drive APAC specific messaging and storytelling to enable local customer engagement and create brand awareness.

Leverage social media and influencer marketing to deliver contents, engage customers and drive thought leadership.

Responsible for marketing automation and sales enablement; Leveraged Makerto and SFDC and marketing tools/technologies to drive marketing leads generation/ conversion and sales funnel expansion / pipeline acceleration as well as customer experience improvement.

Plan for media training to ensure readiness of leaders in handling public speaking and interfacing and handling medias.

Responsible for leading and managing the customer survey activities across APAC. Defining the survey timing, strategies, contents and work with the stack holders on closure and improvements.

Employee Engagement – Strategic Communications:

Partner with Corporate Comm, HR and President office to drive employee Town Hall messaging and communications.

Responsible for company’s, leadership team and President strategic communications plan. Strategize, create and plan communication contents, timeline and targeted audience.

Responsible for Asia Pacific marketing change management and next-generation marketing talents development.

Partnered with local HR and Corporate Marcom to manage internal/external communications and supported the company’s transformation process

Effective partnership with HR, Legal, Marketing Comm and stack holders on Crisis Management / Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Event Management:

Responsible for all events across APAC which includes but not limited to tradeshows, conferences, seminars, webinar, roadshows and roundtable activities. Employees/Executives event, such as Townhall, Executive’s Retreat, Management Conferences and Senior Leadership Summit.
