Liaison with client inspector

Carry out final inspection for compliance and completeness prior to any equipment test

Coordinator for calibration of all Instruments and Test equipment whether in-house and outside.

Maintain records of calibration for all IMTE (Inspection, Measuring Test Equipment) used in the fabrication yard and ensure that they are revalidated before expiry.

Prepare calibration reports and stickers for pasting on the instruments, when an instrument is found malfunctioning or found out of calibration, arrange for repair and recalibration of the instrument.

Take care of master instruments during storage by ensuring controlled conditions.

Ensure installation of electrical and instruments as per shop drawings and good manufacturing practices.

Coordinate and organize the daily E&I inspection activities.

Prepare records on time regarding inspection carried out.

Monitor installation of E&I equipment.

Ensure that all the project equipment are calibrated and in good working condition.

Train Assistant QC Inspectors to pick up the finer aspects of E&I Inspection.

Understand and comply with HSE regulations in the yard.
