Project 2: Video graphic analysis and elemental time study of TVS JUPITER, TVS MOPED and TVS SPORT.

Video analysis of each operator involved in the assembly of all the models and complete elemental analysis. The purpose of this project is to find out the non-valuable activities of each operator. This elemental data is used in the further line re- balance. Major Project:

Project Title: Improvements in assembly line to increase the productivity. Description: In this project non value added activities are identified, unnecessary movement are identified which increases the total time. Some modifications is done on an assembly line which put a great impact on takt time, man power reduction and production. Study is done TVS MOTORS, NALAGARH PLANT.
