Conduct unsafe acts/conditions audit on site-daily

Ensure that workers wear their appropriate PPEs on site- daily

Ensure that a functional first aid box is available on site- daily

Conduct induction of all personnel on site- regularly

Hold HSE meeting with the workers- monthly

Ensure that the tools used for the job are in good working conditions-daily

Monitor and ensure a good housekeeping on site-daily

Ensure that all equipments in service are in good working condition-daily

Update safety statistics board- daily

Conduct emergency drills on site- Every two weeks
