HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST:

T2N GLOBAL - managing company for 3 subsidiaries and affiliated companies in the pharmaceutical, logistics and warehousing industry 08/2017 – 23rd June 2021 Recruited to develop the HR department. Partnered with other heads of departments to foster employee engagement and attract & retain talent-2 direct report.

• Employee Relations: provide guidance to managers and employees on the interpretation of HR Policies and evaluating potential disciplinary matters &CCMA representation to arbitration.

• Policies: drafting new procedure & policies and regularly review to ensure all HR practices are fair and consistent.

• Performance Management: assist managers in setting objectives and addressing underperformance on an ongoing basis. Constantly looking for ways to improve performance measurements in order to ensure best practice at all times.

• Learning and Development: assisting with the

identification of skills gap analysis; drive development of employees through the performance management system and provide relevant input into strategic workforce planning and company developmental initiatives.

• Payroll: prepare staff documentation and payroll changes on a monthly basis for submission to Finance.

• Recruitment and on boarding: Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment activities (job description formation, attraction, sourcing, interviewing, feedback collation, employment checks, contracts, perform new employee on boarding process)

• HRIS: Drove transition from a manual HR systems into a fully integrated HRIS platform from Oracle which improved analysis, reporting, and planning capabilities while streamlining daily HR functions

• HR Department annual budget: preparing and managing the department’s budget.
