Through machine relay-out and work elements/ time and motion study, was able to reduce manpower by 9 operators (Apr 2008 to Mar 2009)
Through Socket cleaning/re-use and re-plating, was able to cost down Millions of operation cost.
Through Strict monitoring of Non-moving stocks and automatic Data system, was able to lessen Stock in Process from 1.73 to 0.83 days.
