Through machine relay-out and work elements/ time and motion study, was able to reduce manpower by 9 operators (Apr 2008 to Mar 2009)

Through Socket cleaning/re-use and re-plating, was able to cost down Millions of operation cost.

Through Strict monitoring of Non-moving stocks and automatic Data system, was able to lessen Stock in Process from 1.73 to 0.83 days.

Spearheaded the automatic monitoring for stock tracking in Data system, use for stock pulling
