HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Fulfill all three roles simultaneously. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, responsible for the operations of the department, delegating duties to a crew of twelve, and overseeing the timely completion of all tasks. Personnel administration includes hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and discipline up to termination; ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Utilize the CompuClean housekeeping software for scheduling, adjustments, inventory management and quality control; staff utilizes the system to bring questions or areas of concern to my att ent io n. The 130,000 sq. ft. campus is comprised of three sections; 32 bed memory care, 48 efficiency assisted living units, corporate and finance offices, conference rooms and the chapel.
PURCHASING MANAGER
Serve as the point-of-contact for nursing, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, administrative and corporate departments; process requests for supplies, and initiate any research required to locate specific needs, and/or items required for projects. Assist in preparing data for administrative personnel. Reach out to vendors; coordinate ordering, purchasing, and new item sele ct io n. Negotiate pricing and discount terms to achieve maximum cost savings. Process bills.
STOCKING & RECEIVING COORDINATOR
On-call to receive all deliveries; unload, place in inventory and coordinate delivery to departments, and handle issues such as damaged goods, returns and shortages; process all documentation. Control inventory levels. In addition, handle deliveries and returns of packages via numerous carriers for the residents, staff, and building operations.
Instrumental in a nearly three year project in which the sisters did not want to remodel their existing facility, and chose to tear down the facility, and rebuild/remodel the Old St. Mary's Acade my. Functioned as the liaison to the administrative team. The project entailed cataloging and selling the contents of the academy which raised significant funds, as well as processing the contents of the 150 year old Mother House. Items to be saved where cataloged and moved to a central location. Facilitated the set-up of the new buildings which were constructed on the foundation of the academy. Served as the point-person to unpack items, locate and supply all items requested by the sisters and staff, and coordinate housekeeping and all required services.

As the Tournament Director, set-up tournaments for each division; 8-U, 9-U, I 0-U, I 1-U, 12-U, 13-U and 14-U for boys baseball, and 8-U, I 0-U, 12-U and 14-U for girls fast pitch softball. Set-up and communicated dates, reached out to and organized umpires, volunteers and concessions, ordered supplies and awards. Networked with coaches to fill all divisions, and strived to ensure successful tournaments. Also facilitated the Junior Rocket traveling program.
