2019 Present Tower Interior Construction
Home Depot Ongoing restack and renovation project covering multiple floors of three corporate office buildings coordinating construction and installation of new office furniture and corporate identity. GOV BID WORK Adjusted company strategy during pandemic to seek out new job opportunities. Found new government bid opportunities priced up work, found sub-contractors, estimating, completed bid documents.
RED TOP BEACH RENO Awarded project ran on site operation of day-to-day work while still doing my PROJECT MANAGER duties. Worked hand and hand with department of natural resources and engineers, performed schedule changes, RFI’s, and change orders for the DNR work. Scope of work at RED TOP included demo of existing building, build back of new boardwalks, stairs, and trail work.
BRADY REC CENTER Worked with College Park purchasing after winning the project adjusted scope to fit the grant money required. Completed weekly Davis Bacon forms for section 3 work. Scope of work was to renovate the existing concession area. Good SHEPHERD Worked with Bartow county and good shepherd reps to meet expectations of turning the facility into a more user-friendly complex with training rooms. Scope of work included interior demolition, build back of new spaces and interior finishes.
MAKE A WISH Was able to make a wonderful child’s wish come true by adding a recording studio in the basement of her parents’ home.
2018 2019 Advanced Systems Inc.
Mountain MS Performed rework of underground utilities including sewer, water, fire, and electrical lines to building for permitting.
MARRIOTT Performed minor exterior remodels of front Porta Cochere, to include painting, installation of Nichiha panels, and new concrete work. Five total locations. CLA Monitored underground work of storm drain in parking lot so that water could flow correctly without leaving a sink hole. Added multiple ADA spaces and made buildings more ADA accessible.

Managed the installation of new Racking system in dry goods area, Cooler facilities, warehouse facilities for multiple companies and multiple locations.
