Key Responsibility Area:

■ Role ensure that machine daily running,check list of equipment, preventive & breakdown maintenance, utility system, conveyor system, material handling Equipment’s, record of machinery deployment of planning, Plant and equipment are maintained & operated effectively without loss of time, hiring of Equipment’s, to maintenance there work order, purchase order, erection and commissioning of plant and Equipment’s.

■ planning for spares parts requirement, cost controlling of operation & effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase availability and reliability.

■ Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of industry latest trouble shooting tools.

■ Improving efficiency of machinery and productivity.

■ Develop budget of department and provide for necessary control and reporting of results, variances and recommendations, Draft and propose revisions in the maintenance policies & processes.

■ Review and update maintenance masters and prepare preventive maintenance plan and track the adherence to the plan.

■ Prepare and update equipment wise predictive maintenance guidelines

■ Ensure that equipment metrics and performance is measured at predefined time intervals

■ Prepare shutdown/turnaround plan and estimate cost of shutdown, Ensure adherence to shutdown/turnaround timelines.

■ Distribute work for unplanned maintenance on daily basis and ensure timely completion of work

■Ensure availability of spares, consumables and tools to the maintenance team

■ Set-up communication channel between maintenance department and other departments of the organization.

■ Core strengths in implementing Preventive, Predictive and Protective maintenance to maximize reliability equipment’s.

■ Experience in optimum planning of critical spares and optimizing machine inventory

■ Expertise in comprehensive maintenance and troubleshooting of the unit covering Electrical/Mechanical utilities and other machineries.

■ Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.

■ To ensure proper service and documentation of all vehicle hiring and own at site.

■ Repairing and maintenance of cranes, static and rotary equipment,Tyre mounted crane 25 MT commercial vehicles, Tower crane,material handling equipment’s, diesel Engine, fork lift, Static and rotary equipment’s.

■ To ensure and plan requirement of equipment spare parts in time.

■ To carry out preventive maintenance of equipment as per OEM recommendation or company norms.

■ To prepare plan of heavy equipment erection, mobilization of crane, sequence of work plan as per site requirement.

■Proactive maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, to reduce breakdown and to increase availability, Review of the preventive maintenance, identify the root cause of failure and prepare there spares requirements. Implementation of suitable corrective action.

■Regular monitoring of team member to check compliance Prepare, fuel consumption report, MIS, Work order, Purchase order, Daily Breakdown report for equipment’s utilization and completed in oracle system. .

■ Coordination of HO and Site of machine utilization and requirements of spares.
