1.Data Capturer at SPM Clearing Agent 2013 to 2017

Responsibilities: I have previously worked as a Clearing agent Data Capturer where I was responsible for the processing of the Cross Border Customs Clearances of Road for both Imports and Export. I was responsible for liaising with the service providers, Principals and Transporters on an ongoing basis. I was also responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the management. I was also able to identify unresolved cases and escalate them to my immediate line manager for assisting with improved service delivery. I was responsible to assist with the managing and handling of petty cash, issuing of stationery, capturing of overtimes and transport allowance for the whole team and avoiding wasteful and unauthorized expenditures. I was also able to provide professional client service and providing timeous feedback to both internal and external clients.

2.LED INTERN: Department of Co-Operative Governance & Traditional Affairs. Mpumalanga Provincial Government. May 2018 to March 2019.

Responsibilities: I was responsible for sending correspondence to the internal and external stakeholders through memorandums and emails. Administer all acting appointments, freezing of salaries determined by the following (deceased, resignation, health, retirement and misconduct and vacant positions).
