•As a Senior Line Technician for 6+ years. I was part of the team that carried out RBC on TPM Pilot Lines with an overall achievement of 7% increase in Asset Intensity in phase 1&2. In 2014.

• I composed the TPM song for Nestle Nigeria Jingle.

• As a Line Technician for 2 years. I became a Polyvalent operator with great innovation skills in packing line machine. My innovation, brought about reduction in waste generation by 0.3% whereby saving the company 480,000 naira monthly, in 2010.
