Executive Assistant - Banner Health Page Hospital, Page, AZ. 11/2019-8/2020 Performed duties as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Banner Page Hospital and Board Secretary for the Page Hospital District Board: Duties included generating all agendas for the monthly Board Meetings, posting the agendas, attending all meetings, taking minutes, presenting the minutes for approval at the next regular meeting and keeping all approved minutes on file, and providing these minutes for audit purposes, scheduling meetings for the CEO, CFO, HR, CNO, and other Department Managers. The reports consisted of frequency, RF Signal, power, modulator, and amperage readings each month..
