MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-
Preparing Billing up to finalization of Accounts on Monthly Basic (Trial Balance, P & L Account, Balance Sheet)
Preparing of Monthly Cost report for Management & other MIS report as and when demanded.
Preparing maintaining of vouchers, Cash Book, Bank Book, Sales Register (Incl. Tax & discounts), Purchase Register (Incl. Tax & discounts), Stock Register, bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P & L Account. (In fully computerized environment).
Scrutinizing of Debtor & Creditors & outstanding Reports of Debtor & creditors.
Preparing & Maintaining of Stock Register and reconciling it with physical stock of stores.
Payments follow up.
Preparing the Purchase Order & interacting/follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of goods, liaising with supplier related to Price, Quality, etc.
Co-ordination with other departments towards day-to-day operation and same being reporting to General Manager.
Liaison with the Bank as well as with client, Correspondence to the Client, Bank and Other concerned institutes & dispatching it through Courier, Post and through Manual as well as Email.
