In addition to the enclosed resume, I also have a great deal of experience in real estate development, working with developers and co-developing property, mainly in the industrial market around the Chicago area.

I have also acted as Property Manager for 35 buildings in the Chicago area for a Family Trust not only as Manager but also in making repairs and helping in the acquisition and disposal of their properties.

I successfully ran our Family Construction Company for many years, specializing in design-build industrial and commercial facilities--over 900 buildings were built by our firm before I left for personal reasons.

With my background and experience in the real estate industry, I think I would be a valuable asset to a development firm.
