Assisting the Manager to translate internal business requirements into supplier/agency briefs to ensure that the final execution of the same is in line with the business objectives and corporate identity
Implementing annual calendar of product marketing and promotional activities across products, work closely with key stakeholders to provide counsel on communication messages and develop strategic communication throughout the year; specifically providing support on change management programmes and key initiatives
Liaising with the advertising agency/ in-house creative team to brief, design, develop and implement Below The Line
(BTL) collaterals for all banking products
Ensuring appropriate translation of campaigns, offers and customer communication across products and channels (offline, digital and social)
Liaising with business and sales team and agency to develop standard sales literature and presentations for sales team to improve sales effectiveness and to obtain and channel feedback from sales, branches, phone banking and frontline staff on the various marketing initiatives to continually fine-tune and improve product offerings
Managing communication deadlines of all promotions and Above The Line (ATL) & Below The Line (BTL) campaigns, as well as monitoring all competitive activities in ATL / BTL media of other bank campaigns
Assisting in organizing all road shows, events and/or exhibitions by following-up with the event organizers, and collecting the number of leads and conversions for each of these activities
Checking all suppliers’ invoices to ensure that all supporting documents are provided and that the billed amounts are within the overall approved budgets
Ensuring compliance with Central Bank regulations, advertising rules/restrictions and any other internal compliance requirements
Liaising with business areas and clients to obtain or exchange business relevant information to identify business dynamics and market trends
