Job Title: Machine Quality Tech (CMM) Reports to: Quality Engineer
Responsibilities
• Perform first piece inspection on machined calipers or brackets
• Perform periodic and random in-process inspection of machined product.
• Perform internal audits within the machining area.
• Ensure all required documentation are filled out accurately, completely, and filed properly. This requires both manually written and data entry.
• Communicate orally and in writing with other CMM Technicians, CNC Technicians, Tool Setters, operators, Production Team Leader, Quality Engineer, CNC Engineer and/or Management in a concise, factual manner.
• Operate and be able to train others on all Metrology lab equipment
Skills Required:
• Ability to use handheld gauging
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)

• Ability to use manual and power handheld tools
