Draft, translate & typing letters, preparing the reports & all kind of presentations.
Opening, sorting and categorizing all incoming information and getting it to the appropriate people in a timely fashion.

Preparation of daily transmittal for all daily reports from Construction, Safety, Material / Field Inspection report (FIR), Non-conformity report (NCR), Weekly, Monthly reports Etc.
Ensure that latest revision and approval status of submittals and other documents is kept update continuously.
Able to monitor the submission & approvals of Payment Certifications (PC) in coordination with Quantity Surveyor (QS) & also assist QS in preparation of Payment Certificates.
Coordinate for preparation of documents for the Taking Over Certificates, Handing Over - Documents, Statement of Completion, and till project closure.
Ensure all hard and electronic copy distribution of controlled document of focal point.
Obtaining all permits and certificates needed on site and insure the document is not expired to avoid municipality penalties.
Responsible for the preparation of all letter to consultant and sub-contractors
