Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for in process and PDI related Quality Issues and analyse the root cause for it.
Monitoring in process and final quality of products.
Taking timely Corrective and Preventive Actions for product quality problems.
Identifying the potential quality problems and implementing the corrective measure through KAIZEN, POKAYOKE.
Daily POKAYOKE and Counter Measure Effectiveness monitoring.
Root Cause Analysis minimizing the fixed and variable causes of defects.
Conduct Fixture audit, Process audit as per schedule.
Taking Body Part Report, Tear Down Report as per NES (NISSAN ENGINEERING STANDARD) for assembly parts .
To lead the PDI team effectively to achieve the customer targeted PPM.
Analyzing & resolving customer complaints by 8-D approach.
In-house 4M change and follow-up.
Responsible for 10 PPM activity throughout the organization.
Corrective Action plan for NC’s products.
Customer rejected product analysis.
Knowledge in working with 7QC Tools, FMEA & SPC.
To take corrective and preventive action for customer and in house complaints.
To update the Control plan, FMEA, Work instruction’s for Internal & Customer related Counter measure Actions.
Responsible for in process and PDI related Quality Issues and analyse the root cause for it.
Performed Quality Inspections and Drafted reports to detail Non-conforming material issues.
Shop floor training for operators and PDI inspectors.
Implement & maintain ‘5S’ practices on shop floor.
Supported Quality Team members during corrective action updates.
Continually improved methods and procedures, processes, measurements, documenting and work flow technique.
Mentored Junior Engineers and new hires to better improve the competency and efficiency of all staff.
Contributed to root cause analysis to determine core reason for failures and errors.

Achievements
I started following of daily process audit check sheet to highlight any abnormality in process & correct it immediately to ensure product manufactured from the process is ok.
Achieved (ZERO PPM) of our customer Renault Nissan Automobile India Private Limited (RNAIPL) through continuous improvement in Process & Product quality through PDCA approach.
Got proficiency in inspection, rectification, and evaluation of root cause of defect in inner skin components like RailRoof, Door guard, Bumper, Pillar and Fender assemblies.
