Execution and supervision of all civil works from excavation to handling overall project.

Execution of work day to day activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

As project engineer over all responsibilities including to put together a team of supervisor and charge hands to execute project.

To get inspected and approved by consultant, each and every activity such as columns, beams and slabs and finishing items like block work, plaster, painting etc.

To prepare the weekly look ahead programs, distribute to related sub contractors to achieve the important milestones.

Taking care of quality control and Quantity Estimating

Checking material submittal & shop drawing submittal as per specification prior to submit consultant .

Planned and program manpower/material on monthly, weekly and daily basis.

Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of material.

Proper studying the Drawings and raising RFI’S if there is any discrepancy in the drawings.

Checking the Invoice claimed by the sub contractor, checking whether the claimed amount is as per the actual work done.

Proper coordination with the sub contractors.

Attend the Meetings, updating the work status and programme to the client.

Preparing Monthly Report and Weekly report.
