GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE – HYATT REGENCY

Assist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non- hotel related. Provide brief introductory tours to guest.

Prepare for new guests arrival's with complete room cleaning, restocking and complimentary supplies. Train and mentor new housekeeping staff to ensure maximum performance and efficiency. Receives housekeeping and maintenance request or work orders and contacts proper departmental personal. Performs daily auditing procedures to ensure that all guest and owner charges are properly balance with the property revenue and expenses transactions.

Provide customer service to guests with various needs and inquires. Performs housekeeping duties including vacuuming, cleaning, dusting and polishing (mirrors, fixtures, cash wraps, displays, carpeting, or other surfaces).

Assist with checking owners and guests in and out of the property and responding to inquiries regarding services throughout the duration of their stay.

HOUSE KEEPING – RADISSON BLU HOTEL

Maintained and updated list to 40 above vacant rooms hat required housekeeping attention before the arrival of their next occupants.

Responding at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues. Clean and stock rooms according to established quality standards duties include replacing used towels and linen, making beds, vacuuming room carpet, washing floors, and restocking guestroom and bathroom items. Inspect Vacant rooms for missing items, malfunctioning equipment, damage and report problems to management.

Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issue. Receiving of new linen for rooms as well as all outlets of the hotel. Snagging of rooms as well as public area with the help of engineering team. Ensuring that cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with a cleaning schedule. Receiving of OS&E and FF&E items from vendors.

Reporting of all the maintenance same time when receiving the handover of room from contractors. Get rooms ready for the sleep test.
