Manufacturing of Boiler Pressure parts including steam drum, Super heater coils,Economizer coils Riser & down comers

Performed the inspection & installation of Induced draught fan, Forced draft fan, Secondary air fan, Gas recirculation fan & Cinder recovery fan in Power plant

Responsible for Cutting plan, Manufacturing process with specified welding procedure & type of electrode consuming

Performed the installation of pump, blowers, and fans (axial/radial) without piping/ducting prior for preparation for piping/ducting installation as per standard.

Responsible for assembly of Soot blower & Wall blower in order to install in power plant boilers

Selection of Compressor based on input rating & installation in field

Fabrication of Dampers & bellows as per drawing & compliance with Quality department

Performed the Inspection & assembly of Air Preheater, Steam coil Air Preheater & Heat exchanger equipments

Fabrication of High pressure pipe line as per isometric drawing & assembly of valves mountings & fittings

High pressure centrifugal pumps dismantling & assembly for overhauling 2. INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENTS TEST RUN & COMMISSIONING.

Responsible for checking the clearance as per check list & carried out test run

Inspection of parts including impellers, Shaft, Casings & bearing housing for pre-commissioning activities

Alignment checking for rotating Equipments blowers, industrials fans as per job card & execute final assembly

Post inspection of fans,blowers & compressors after operation & carried out trouble shooting work

Execution in M/s Howden Solyvent make industrial fan & commissioning activities in field

Execution of M/s RR Techno systems blowers parameters setting & trails run

Performed the dismantling & assembly of Valves including Globe valve, Control vale, Gate valve & made ready for operation in boilers

Performed the inspection of air pollution control equipment including Bag filters & test run

Performed the inspection of dust collecting system including Electrostatic precipitator

Installation of Control valves, Globe valves, Gate valves & Safety valves with parameters setting

Setting & Fine tuning of Heavy duty dampers & installation in field for plant operation

Installation of Dosing systems in boiler & test run
