Prepare Technical envelops and quotation for tender submission.
Visiting site for project negotiations, kick- off meeting and Project Coordination.
Preparing prequalification, Commercial, Technical submittals and any other documents related to on-going tender and on-going projects.
Checking of Payment Terms, BOQs, Specification, Exclusions in LOI and Contracts in line with submitted quotation.
Preparing and arranging all Related Documents to be attach in Sub-contract Agreement.
Submitting reports to General Manager.
Follow up and Finalization of Potential Projects.
Prepare and update Company profile and Executed project Lists on Monthly Basis, supervises all shop drawings, material submittals and mock ups for awarded and tendered projects in coordination with the estimation and procurement Department.
In charge in online Registration Portals for Government and private Clients for Project leads (RFQ, RFI, and tender leads).
In charge in uploading documents via Aconex for all on-going projects.
In charge in distributing and checking all correspondences, emails and letters related to on-going projects.
In charge of coordinating, updating and submitting Payment Certificates.
Follow ups for Certified PCs and preparing Invoices as per approved PCs.
In charge in follow- up and collection of payments.
