Job Summary

Responsible for the safety and security of all Guests, Hotel Employees, contractors and visitors. Also responsible for the Fire & safety of the United Tower premises (CBRE).

Main tasks

Establishes standard policies and procedure for recruitment for security personnel.

Be aware of fire and emergency procedures, and department responsibilities during emergency.

Be aware of security policies and procedures of the hotel, and ensure that at all times in all areas of the hotel that they are being strictly adhered to.

Ensure that all hotel areas and the complete property are adequately secured at all times.

Be responsible for formulating the hotel business continuity plan and supervise it to be followed up.
