Orchestrated turnaround of all business aspects including; change to senior management, restructure of credit facilities, unwound prior B2B arrangements, renegotiated acquisition earn-outs, and terminated long term leases while putting the Company in a strategic process. During this period run rate costs were reduced by 19%, headcount was reduced 28%, and revenues grew by 9%. Quarterly burn of over
