RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To monitor and operate all field equipment in a safe and efficient manner ensuring uninterrupted operation of the unit in my area.

• Compliance with company and HSE standards, policies, and procedures.

• Monitoring and ensuring the efficient operation of the equipment in my designated area, handing over to the incoming shift in a systematic and orderly manner.

• To regularly patrol my area and ensure that equipment is performing in the designed, safe manner and that standby spare equipment are available for immediate use if required.

• Normalizing of process platform, wellhead platform after ESD, FSD and PSD.

• Working as an emergency response team (ERT) member during plant emergencies.

• Doing first line maintenance such as top up lubricant for pumps, compressors, changing filters and cleaning strainers according to the DP.

• Launching and receiving PIG in well fluid lines.

• Involve in flushing, purging, hydro testing and start up with standard operating procedure for new projects.

• Opening and closing of control valves and shutdown valve from control room COMMISSIONING EXPERIENCE:

NATURAL GAS DEHYDRATION:

• Hands on experience of Natural Gas dehydration unit by using TEG

• Regeneration system of TEG after dehydration.

• Regular monitoring and controlling dehydration and glycol regeneration system.

• Troubleshooting during abnormalities of process unit.

• Safe startup and shutdown of the system.

• Regular laboratory base quality checks of Rich and Lean Glycol.

• Functional knowledge of gas dehydration equipment’s, like Glycol contactor, Glycol Re-boiler, Exchangers, HC (flash) Separator, sock, charcoal filters, Circulation pumps, Knock out drum, Inlet filters etc.

NATURAL GAS SYSTEM:

• Having knowledge in start up and shut down of centrifugal and reciprocating gas compressors.

• Record the parameters reading of process gas compressors and booster compressors.

• Checking the auxiliary system of gas compressors and make sure the standby status.

• Having knowledge of surge control system.

• Checking the process safeguarding system, Fire and gas system in panels.

• Having experience of emergency shut down valves, blow down valves.

• Having experience in compressor suction scrubbers, KOD, shell and tube heat exchangers, trim coolers, contactor filter separators.

• Changing the set point of (PIC, TIC, FIC and LIC) controllers as per control room instructions

CRUDE OIL SEPARATION:

• Monitor the plant parameters and ensure that working properly.

• Adjust the LIC, PIC, TIC and FIC setting points as per control room instructions.

• Handover the equipment’s to inspection and maintenance.

• Taking necessary actions when the abnormalities occurring in plant equipment’s.

• Changeover the rotating equipment’s as per duty roaster.

• Make sure the process safeguarding systems are healthy in local panels.

• Daily checking of panel switches status and ensure that no one

• Isolate and De-isolate the equipment’s for maintenance according to the authorized isolation certificate.

• Checking the critical valves as per LO/LC valve register and update it monthly.

• Continuous equipment’s monitoring during calibration and corrective maintenance of process safeguarding system and Fire and gas system.

• Checking the chemical injection pumps and calibrate as per control room record.

• Knowledge about Intrinsically safe equipment’s.

PRODUCED WATER SYSTEM:

• Checking the separator ILCV operation.

• Checking water strainer DP, flowrate and make sure all those are under control.

• Back flushing the hydro cyclone regularly.

• Make sure the overboard water oil PPM is below target.

• Checking the reject oil pump performance as per skimmer bucket level.

• Checking of all produced water system and updates the readings in parameter log sheet.

UTILITY SYSTEMS:

• Parameter checking of instrument air compressors.

• Checking the pre-filters, duplex air dryers, post filters performance.

• Checking the dew point analyzer reading frequently.

• Checking loading/unloading frequency of compressors.

• Checking the fuel gas parameters and scrubber levels.

• Checking the LP, HP flares system and ensure that flare scrubber levels.

• Having knowledge about CCD (Closed condensate drain), open drain.

• Turbine generator for power and diesel generator during emergency.

• Checking and calibration of chemical injection pumps of de-mulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, and scale inhibitor pumps.

WELL HEAD OPERATION:

• Routine checks of well head platform and regular well head checks.

• Checking and operation of Christmas tree valves.

• Functional leak test of SSV, SSSV, and Christmas tree valves.

• Routine checks of Well head control panel board operations.

• Regular checks of annulus pressure and bleed off if necessary.

• Changing of surface well head chokes and adjusts the choke as per control room operator.

• Well test and checking parameter and control system of test separator.

• Lunching and receiving the pigs in well fluid line as per standard operating procedure.
