Albemarle - Senior Consultant / Senior Project Manager- Bromine Global Business Unit- (February 2021 -Present) Working with Albemarle Bromine GBU. The role is to provide project management leadership for the FEL, Define and Detailed Design phases of Medium and Large sized projects ($1MM to $100MM). The role is accountable for ensuring the project meets schedule and budget expectations. Key Activities included:

BP – GPO Global Team - Houston, Texas, South Korea, Alaska – Senior Project Manager (July 2012 – April 2017) – Upstream Onshore/Offshore

GPO Onshore Alaska Team- Senior Project Manager (January 2016 – April 2017) Working with Alaska GPO Construction and Mechanical Completion Commissioning and Operation Teams. The role is to provide management leadership to all personnel involved in the execution of work on the BP Alaska construction Projects at North Slope Prudhoe Bay Sites.

The role is primarily accountable for overseeing the day to day coordination of activities supporting the construction efforts within BP GPO Alaska region. The projects’ mission is to safely deliver quality built. Also, to oversee the execution to quality, cost and schedule targets; implementing inspection, verification and testing requirements; and ensuring that design intent and technical integrity are carried through from design. Input range from developing construction plans, to the safe management of site activities during the building of facilities in a brown field environment. In doing so, to be incident and injury free while delivering facilities that meet the intent of the design and attain the project delivery goals. To champion the development of positive relationships with the various contracting entities and other 3rd parties, being cognizant of the form of contract and working with differing contracting strategies and contractors. The role is primarily accountable for overseeing the day to day coordination of activities supporting the Mechanical Completion efforts (MC), Hand-over and Commissioning efforts within BP GPO Korea. The projects’ mission is to safely deliver quality built facilities for the Clair Ridge topside assemblies and for the Glen Lyon Quad 204 FPSO project. In doing so, to be incident and injury free while delivering facilities that meet the intent of the design and attain the project delivery goals. Lead the Mechanical Completion (MC) Hand-Over / Commissioning Support activities for the two major North Sea projects, the Clair Ridge and Quad 204 Projects are executed by Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) Shipyard in Ulsan the largest shipyard in the world in South Korea. For Quad 204', BP is building a new floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) unit at HHI. The unit will be located approximately 80 miles west of Shetland, in Scotland. It will replace the existing ‘Schiehallion’ FPSO and include an extension of a subsea system with new and replacement flow lines, new and replacement risers and 14 wells in addition to the 52 existing ones. The new FPSO was designed in the UK, is being constructed in South Korea and hook- up and commissioning will take place upon arrival in the North Sea. The Quad 204 is designed to operate in harsh weather conditions and, once it has been completed, is expected to produce 130,000 barrels of oil and more than 2 million cubic meters of gas a day. The facility will also provide storage capacity for more than 1 million barrels of oil with construction due to be completed in 2015 and oil production commencing by 2017. As for Clair Ridge, BP is having the Topside modules built at the Hyundai Heavy Industries HHI Shipyard in South Korea. HHI is responsible for the fabrication & load out of the Topsides (9 Modules) structures.

Role Responsibilities:

Work closely with the BP and HHI Construction management groups throughout the area build phase and into the phase when sub-system mechanical completion is the major focus. Also, subscribe to the creation of the conditions necessary to establish a collaborative, non-confrontational culture throughout the site multi-culture team. Liaison with the MC Manager to provide collective direction to the MC Hand-Over Support group members engaged in the following activities:

• Manage and maintain a hand-over status register, and prepare reports, charts, that provide visibility on progress

• Manage a detailed punch list tracking and expediting remaining items through to closure

• Interface with engineering for the timely issue of design engineering deliverables and data (including vendor) that is necessary for population of the certification database, provision of ‘master’ red-line documentation and monitor the impact of design change on accepted hand-over packs.

• Coordinate with the team on materials necessary to complete the remaining work within Client Provided Item (CPI) packages and all other materials required to complete the work being executed by the MC team.

• Liaison with the Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM) group plus the vendor package material management personnel. Interface with planning and contracts/commercial groups.

• Ensure that Mechanical Completion group members have sufficient information to be able to verify that relevant procedures and other related documentation reflect the BP Global Project Organization’s requirements with strong knowledge in the application of pertinent codes and construction standards.

• Support the BP discipline field engineers / supervisors in collectively assisting HHI plus vendors / suppliers to deliver their published project goals.

• Comprehension of the overall schedule effect of Design Change and the associated cost implications.

• Challenge change whether originating from design or from construction, and work with the Engineering group to effectively manage the issue / approval of design deliverables and in the resolution of Site Queries.

• Participate in ‘Readiness Reviews’ to contribute to the accomplishment of the planned progress for the overall schedule.

• Interface with the Mechanical Completion group members who are working with HHI to deliver the quality and integrity of the work being done in line with the design intent.

• Familiarity with specific requirements of the Completions Management Procedure (Guidance on Certification), the FPSO Completions and Commissioning Execution Plan - and associated reference documents.

• Partake in regular Mechanical Completion progress meetings with HHI on a multi-discipline basis to provide a forum for communication on all related activities.

• Regular liaison with the relevant Quality Control, Certification, Commissioning and Operations personnel.

GPO Global –Cat B Management Team - Implementation Regional Program Lead – 7 regions- (July2012 – April 2014 ) key accountability is to lead the implementation of the new Category B Segment Define Practice and Process in seven Regions; Alaska, Angola, Azerbaijan, North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Asia Pacific, and Trinidad. Key responsibilities:

• Lead the efforts where the Category B Projects and the Category B Teams are moving from the Production Global Operation Organization (GOO) to the Global Project Organization (GPO) in 2012 and 2013, this effort included region visits both pre and post implementation to provide support in the communications efforts, in particular, with Region Steering Committees, and Cat B Project Team in the Regions.

• Manage relationships with Cat B Champions, PGMs and VP Devs representatives, driving implementation efforts across three Regions -Alaska, Angola and Azerbaijan in 2012 and across the four regions- North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Asia Pacific and Trinidad in 2013.

• Update monthly cross-regional Cat B implementation schedule for Cat B global implementation team.

• Effectively manage, coordinate and facilitate implementation activities between region teams and ensure deliverables milestones are met.

• Lead Cat B implementation effort in the Global MoC and Oversee implementation of the Cat B Segment Define Practice

Coordinate and facilitate activities between region teams and ensure deliverables milestones are met by following up via meetings, conference calls (weekly or daily) and by emails

• Own standard implementation documentation for Cat B Segment Define Practice (CBSDP) and Cat B common Process

(CBcp) implementation effort across the Regions;

Finalize and issue Implementation Terms of Reference (ToR) and update new revisions as needed. Also, update backup graphics for the implementation process in PowerPoint.

Assist in the preparation of role change MoC forms and finalize implementation templates

• Own the creation and delivery of training materials for implementation of the CBSDP

Finalize training materials; and handle logistics for meetings

Update project team training, Cat B portfolio team training, and global GPO training per latest revision of CBSDP

Lead the Train the trainers sessions in each region

• Ensure that projects transferring to the GPO have a confirmed CVP stage, budget and schedule

• Through the Global Team Function SPAs and Region Project Engineers:

Review budget allocation for remainder of year, remainder of CVP stage and confirm spend to date. Transfer budget accountability from previous budget holder to new budget holder

Review and provide for endorsement by GPO all project risk registers and risk action plans

Review personnel mapping from old role to new Cat B Project Team roles, ensuring personnel understand new role, and personnel are transferred via HR process to GPO headcount

Review the transfer of financial accounting process from Production to Projects, and ensure that the new process is embedded to support financial forecasting

Review existing contracts in place with current projects organization, and determine need for re-assignment to a GPO contracting authority

• Ensure key project processes are in place - FM approval, risk escalation, project screening, engineering deviations, performance reporting, verification

• Actively engage Lesson learned by reviewing and capturing all within a life document that will be reviewed and updated by the teams across the regions

Bechtel Corporation Houston Texas office (July2011-July 2012) – Chevron Wheatstone Project LNG Plant - Upstream Onshore

1) Project Management; Cross Functional Interface Manager /Area Project Engineer in Perth (January 2012-July 2012), on the Wheatstone Project LNG Plant, a Chevron Australia Oil Company project during detail engineering design, procurement services, fabrication and construction management phase. The Chevron’s Wheatstone Project LNG Plant facility is located 12 km west of Onslow in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. The project was estimated to cost $29 billion and consist of two LNG processing trains with combined capacity of 8.9 mtpa, 190 cuft domestic gas plant and associated offshore infrastructure (platform, subsea equipment and drilling, and export trunk line). First gas 2016. Assigned to manage cross-functional interfaces associated with the Product Loading Facility (PLF), Dredging, Breakwater / MOF subcontracts and the Vessel Traffic Services System consultant in Perth, Australia. Subs included: Dredging International

($1.2 bil), BAM Clough JV ($400mil), BEST JV (Thieses & BESIX) ($200mil), and others totaling above $2 bil. Typical Responsibilities and duties:

• Lead and manage the design and execution activities for dredging, PLF, MOF and BW areas and the Vessel Traffic Services System consultant through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up and initial operations.

• Manage and coordinating key activities with company and subcontractors’ Project Manager, Lead Area Project Engineers, Procurement, Construction, Startup, Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) and Project Controls.

• Support communications and presentations to Client, lead development of estimate and schedules, manage performance, reports progress, and initiate action to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget and according to specifications.

• Monitor contractual commitments to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with terms of the contract Exhibits. Also, develop and coordinate the trend program and change orders as required. 2) Project Management ; Area Project Engineer (APE), (July 2011-January2012) – Chevron Wheatstone Project LNG Plant a Chevron Australia Oil Company project, responsible for managing the project efforts during detail engineering design, procurement services, fabrication and construction phase for the Chevron’s Wheatstone Project LNG Plant facility in Western Australia. Responsibilities and duties included:

• Manage and lead engineering activities for the project or assigned portion including supervision of Project Engineers of all disciplines within the global business unit.

• Conduct annual performance reviews in accordance with approved procedures and hold career development discussions.

• Make recommendation to Engineering Management of key personnel for project assignments.

• Champion the creation of a project work environment, supported by leadership on the project.

• Lead in establishing the detailed project execution plan (PEP) and the development of the overall project engineering budget and schedule. • Represent E&R at routine BTPO meetings, interface with BTPO personnel, and work with BTPO resources to develop an agreed split of roles and responsibilities with BTPO environmental and regulatory resources. Also, assist in the origination and revision of production-related deliverables and contracts which includes review of tenders and bids and interface with PMT field and operations personnel and with various EPC contractors.

• Review and approve contractors Work Plans, Quality Assurance Plans (QA/QC) to make sure that subcontractors are conforming to the requirements of the Quality Assurance Program
