Designed from the ground up a new concept for vapor process chamber 8’x8’x10’, comprised of fully automated process control of ambient parameters preparation of temperature and humidity. Accurate chemical dispensing, vapor neutralization system, homogeneous vapor mixture in the chamber, safety interlocks, cameras and process reporting via internet; security access level for remote data collection and modifications. Evaluation of chemical application process, production method and chemical dispensing system, set up in house testing capabilities for temperature, humidity and chemical dispensing. Responsible for selecting the hardware and materials, creating testing plan matrix for process approval and new chemicals; PLC based control with a touch panel interface control and with sensors input.
