• Data Analytics: Data Cleaning, Processing, Analyze, Visualize, Feature Extraction, Feature Selection, Feature Engineering, Clustering and Prediction- on Healthcare, Medical, and clinical trial data. Applying data science, statistical knowledge, Python programming and it’s libraries.

• Data Representation: Using Python Plotly-Dash, Pydot, Matplotlib, Pyplot library for tree and graph data structure, also using Javascript-D3, High-Chart library for UI

• Clustering: After preprocessing on patient diagnosis data applied clustering algorithms

• Signal Processing: Worked on ECG signal processing- a) Time interval, peak detection and baseline detection, b) Filtering signal by applying multiple methods, c) R- Amplitude, RR, Heart Rate, SDNN, RMSSD calculation, d) Visualization the extracted signal and statistics using Python libraries

• OCR Engine: Developed OCR engines (Link)- Handwritten digit, character recognition applying six different Machine learning algorithms- CNN, KNN, SVM, MLP, Decision Tree Classifier, Random Forest Classifier.

• Image Denoising: Led the image denoising project- removing noise from Bangla computer compose, Letterpress, Handwritten scanned images.

• Corpus Development: Worked on Bangla Sentiment analysis corpus development that contains more than 10K sentences. (Link)

• Ensemble ML models: a) CNN-SVM mixed model for image classification, CNN-RNN hybrid model for image classification, b) Worked on FDNN ensemble model that combines features from Random Forest and a Classification network

• NLP: Sentiment Analysis for English and Bangla language. Benchmarking on Bangla Sentiment Analysis Corpus using ML and DL models- LSTM, KNN, Random Forest, Decision Tree classifier, Naïve Bayes. (Link)

• Web Crawling and Scraping: Collect healthcare data from web by dynamic search using Python web crawling and scraping technology

• Python-Java Interoperability: Developed server application with Python-Java interoperability to handle request from client and get results from Machine Learning model
