OPTICIAN ~ SAMS CLUB ~ FROM 8/26/2010 TO PRESENT

Open department, set up for doctor and patients. Pre-screen including but not limited to refraction air puff and visual field screening. Filing insurance billing for patients. Place orders for members/patients. Meet all of the vision needs for each member.

Data input, faxing, and scheduling appointments for doctor. Repair products as needed. Assist with all remake orders, inventory, and audits. Follow up with patients as needed. Marketing and promoting the department. Pull reports and complete daily paperwork for dept and core sales.

I led a team of 15 to collect data for the US Census. This included meetings and field help for each person as needed. Computing all data for government. Mapping all areas and delegating responsibility to individuals. Schedules, strategy and support.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP

I volunteer with many different things. My passion is to help those in need. I participate in Winter Relief with the Lighthouse of Annapolis. I have done this for the last 3 years. I also participate with Generosity Feeds. We make meals for children in our local areas that are in need. I have led in the food supply from my community church. I was the director and led 10-25 volunteers in picking up and packaging groceries for families in need. We distribute them as needed to the communities. This is one of my greatest passions.
