Strategic Planning, Asset Management and Transaction Management Managed The Kroger Co. grocery store and fuel initiatives across the country. Over two dozen projects including ground up construction and conversion opportunities (Southeast, Midwest and California). Led Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) team covering 200 locations in six states throughout Mid-Atlantic and South ranging from Virginia to Mississippi. Personally handled 80 locations that were reduced to 55 over seven years through consolidation and closures.

• Strategic oversight of Wells Fargo’s office and retail portfolio, achieving substantial cost savings while creating greater flexibility, and positioning Wells Fargo for future growth through the Southeast. Secured buy – in from stakeholders on expense saving initiatives to reduce the rent run-rate of the real estate portfolio.

• Managed all lease amendments and renewals including financial and market analyses and database maintenance.

• Managed Southeast portfolio through Wachovia/SouthTrust merger and Wachovia/Wells Fargo merger. Created and implemented strategic office and retail portfolio moves throughout market. Relocated two and renewed two corporate headquarters resulting in significant cost savings. Sold, consolidated and relocated branches. Improved locations of some properties (new construction, higher profile buildings or building signage). Management of Highly Competent Teams

Led senior level corporate real estate teams with regional oversight of all real estate disciplines including construction, lease administration and facility management.

• Managed transaction management teams covering the Southeast for Wells Fargo with responsibility for retail, office, and ATM locations across several states.

• Led Georgia real estate team in management of the Wachovia real estate portfolio – ATMs, office space, new branches, lease administration, and facility management.

• Re-engineered Georgia real estate team with improved morale and team communications. Following Wachovia/Wells Fargo merger, created a new transaction team for the Southeast.

• Added fuel center to a Kroger grocery store in south Atlanta and underwrote 12 new fuel locations in California for Ralphs and Food 4 Less.
